— What they think

Student feedback

“Sensational, I couldn't have imagined it, but this hybrid variant and Helene are great, especially in the video presence and conveying images. Great course!.”

Heike Jahns, PT, Vienna

"The course is absolutely recommendable! Great, well-founded presentation of anatomy and physiology in a motivating and authentic way through video learning units. Encourages beginners to get started and overcome inhibitions and has personally helped me to expand the internal treatment spectrum."

Dr. Astrid Kühn-Letkemann (gynecologist, osteopathy), Frankfurt

"I was very skeptical at the beginning: “Can you even do a course on vaginal palpation online?” I couldn't imagine it. But the answer is simple: yes, you can. And it's really fun. I felt really well supported and looked after and was able to take a lot away for myself and my work."

Gina Sengseis, Head of Physiotherapy at St. Josef Hospital, 1130 Vienna

Through my international experience, I realized how much more education and awareness is needed to ensure that we and the next generations of women are well cared for.

The health of the pelvic floor, sexual well-being and the connection with our mental health is still a taboo that we can only break together.

For this reason, I have been developing the Sanfem® Pelvic Cycle System with my team since 2017 and am committed to raising the visibility of women's health and their needs publicly and internationally.
